冷焊材料的使用方法：首先要处理好被修表面，千万不可以有锈和油，否则就会造成胶层脱落，进行粗化处理是最好，这样可以增加分子间的结合力，大大增强修补后的产品使用寿命。还要记住要选择铸件本身材料相对应的专用冷焊材料，例如铸铜件就要选用（劲素成）JS904铁制冷焊材料，钢、铝、铁等也要选择它们专用的冷焊材料，已达到最好的修补效果。
