衢江区黄坛口乡茶坪村的横坑祖殿，被衢江区列为第一批区级文物保护点，这里如今最有价值的文物，也就是一口古铜钟，铭文显示，它最初就属于“大清国浙江衢州府西安县靖安乡十一都横坑殿”，铸于“乾隆五十九年”。根据嘉庆年间的《西安县志》记载，“横坑殿在南山紫微峰（俗称水门尖）左。双溪合襟。元时创建，内供平水神（俗称平水大王）。祷雨辄应。南乡诸大村落赖其保障焉。”郑永禧在编民国版《衢县志》时为此加了编者按：“平水大王，或疑为大禹王。《金华志》亦有平水禹王庙。或又谓神姓李，祷雨辄应。相传已久。西门外三山及北门外浮石渡亦均有平水殿，则不止一处矣。”

It was founded in the Yuan Dynasty to provide the God of water (commonly known as the king of water). Pray for rain. The great villages of Nanxiang depend on their security. " In the compilation of Quxian annals of the Republic of China, Zheng Yongxi added the editor's note for this purpose: "king of Ping Shui, or King Yu in doubt. In Jinhua annals, there is also Yuwang temple in Pingshui. Or Li, the name of God, prays for rain. It's been said for a long time. The three mountains outside the west gate and the pumice ferry outside the north gate also have the Ping Shui hall, so there is more than one. "
